2024 RIPPLE EFFECT COMBINE

In the realm of collegiate diving, where hard work is the currency of success, finding the perfect match between athlete and program is paramount. Recognizing this need, Ripple Effect Recruiting, the leading recruiting service exclusively focused on diving at the NCAA DI, II, III, NAIA, and NJCAA levels, is proud to announce its inaugural Diving Combine, scheduled for September 6, 7, 8 at RipFest Diving Camp.

DATES: September 6-8, 2024

LOCATION: RIPFEST DIVING CAMP

This groundbreaking event promises to revolutionize the recruitment process by providing athletes, coaches, and program directors with standardized measurements and invaluable insights into athletes' capabilities.

At the heart of the Ripple Effect Recruiting Diving Combine are specific core exercises meticulously developed by Olympic diving coaches. These exercises, designed specifically for the sport of diving, offer a comprehensive assessment of athletes' skills and abilities, benchmarking their performance against the standards set by former Olympic divers. By providing a direct comparison to elite-level athletes, the combine offers participants a clear understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.

Following the combine, each participant will receive a detailed report complete with pictures, recommendations, and implementation procedures. This personalized roadmap is designed to empower athletes to enhance their skills at a rapid rate, enabling them to achieve their individual goals at all levels of competition. Additionally, the report serves as a valuable resource for club and high school coaches, offering practical strategies to support their athletes' development and foster success in the sport.

The Ripple Effect Recruiting Diving Combine is not just about individual athlete development—it's about transforming the recruitment process for collegiate diving programs. By providing validity and standardized measurements, the combine equips collegiate coaches with the tools they need to make informed recruitment decisions. Coaches can save time by evaluating prospective student-athletes more efficiently, ensuring that scholarship money is allocated strategically to athletes who align with their program's needs and goals.

Moreover, the data collected during the combine serves as a powerful advocacy tool for collegiate diving coaches to present to the Director of Swimming and Diving, typically the Head Swimming Coach, within collegiate programs. Armed with concrete evidence of athletes' potential and performance levels, diving coaches can make a compelling case for allocating more scholarship funds to diving in the sport of Swimming and Diving. This not only enhances the overall competitiveness of the program but also provides greater opportunities for talented divers to pursue their collegiate aspirations.

In essence, the Ripple Effect Recruiting Diving Combine represents a pivotal moment for collegiate diving, offering a standardized and objective platform for athlete assessment and recruitment. By bridging the gap between athletes and programs, the combine facilitates mutually beneficial partnerships that drive success both in and out of the pool. As the only recruiting service exclusively dedicated to diving at the collegiate level, Ripple Effect Recruiting is leading the way in innovation and excellence, shaping the future of the sport one dive at a time.
